One of the spiciest things I have ever eaten. Note the effect on my face compared to what my face normally looks like. The restaurant is known for having extremely spicy ramen and they only serve two things - ramen "not spicy" and ramen "spicy". I asked for "extra spicy".

Korea, if you are reading this, I mean no offense, but you seriously fucked this shit up. Challah braids do not have hot dogs in them, cheese danishes do not have ketchup on top, and don't even let me get started on that "chocolate" croissant.

Sweetbread above, lamb cheeks below. In case you didn't know, sweetbread isn't really bread. It's the thymus of, in this case, a lamb. In full discretion, it was my mom that got the sweetbread, but I did try some of it.
